Due to the custom, handmade, and often one-of-a-kind nature of resin artwork, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Size or color preferences

  • Custom or commissioned pieces

2. Damaged or Defective Items

3. Custom & Commissioned Artwork

All custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable once production has started.

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked β€œDelivered”
